Nicole’s Mammal Adventures: M-m-m-mammals!

Date & Time: Saturday, January 6, 10:00 am. – 12:00 pm.

Recommended ages: 5 – 15 years

Suggested donation: $5/adult or $10/family

Description: Were you ever lucky enough to see a black bear? Or maybe a coyote? These magnificent animals as well as other large mammals get to call Michigan their home just like you! Join Nicole at the MooseWood Nature Center to go over 8 large mammal species found in Michigan. Ranging from a big moose, to a black bear, even a cougar and wolf! She will share pictures, videos and even have some pelts and bones for the kids to touch and feel. The center also has exhibits about some of these animals so stop on by and check it out!
