Marten and Fisher Management in Michigan

Join us for a discussion on the biology, history, and management of two lesser-known members of the weasel family in Michigan; the American marten and fisher. Cody Norton, Bear, Furbearer, and Small Game Specialist for the Michigan DNR will speak about how to identify these species, how they were able to make a comeback in Michigan, and how they can persist in the same areas while competing for resources. The talk will be followed by a short Q&A session.
