Recommended ages 5-10 years old.

Kids will search for feathers (previously placed for them to find). A quick demonstration on the parts of a feather along with a short history on feathers used as a writing instrument will be presented. Kids will make their very own ink and feather pen and have opportunities to draw letters or color pictures.

Suggested donations of $5/child or $10/family to support the nature center is recommended.
