Make a Shiitake Mushroom Log

Here’s your opportunity to bring home a mushroom nursery. Pre-drilled oak logs will be available for you to inoculate with shiitake mushroom mycelium plugs. Put the log in a cool, damp place, and a year or two later, reap the benefits of your work. Cost in $5 per two-foot log.
