Pottery Bells and Chimes

Tuesdays, April 7 and 14, 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.

Members-only class, $20, ages 12 and up. Maximum of 10 participants. Preregistration required.

Every garden needs a little sound and motion. In this class, we will create colorful ceramic bells or chimes to place in your yard or hang from a tree. Participants build the structures from clay, which are fired in a kiln after they have dried. In the second week, we glaze the pieces, and they are fired again to lock in the color.
